Perfect position, beautifully kept, clean, peaceful location, lovely furnishings

Could of had a side gate so didn’t worry about dogs getting in the front garden

Property was a perfect size for us.

Few issues, hot tub cold on arrival. Grass could have been cut and garden general scruffy looking. The bins were full, so we had to leave bin bags in the bin store, one was out on the street and was full when we arrived so it was left there! Nowhere to put recycling so left tidily in the kitchen. Tubes of medicated cream found under cushions in the garden - we did have a three year old with us!!! Knob of downstairs toilet was missing and the screw was sharp. The kick board under the shower in downstairs en-suite was loose. No scissors in the kitchen. We all thought some information notes could be useful regarding house and the area. Despite these things we had a good time and the house worked for us, however for the rental cost I would have expected not to have things to complain about.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and so was the location.
