Chuanxing Yinli Hotel Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley Branch

It is a cosy setup, with a nice lobby and reading corners. Comes with complimentary tea. Reception was super helpful.

No proper place for cabs to drop off or pickup. The nearest is a carpark entrance, which meant unloading luggages wld have to be swift. Once when I called a cab, it waited opposite.

Rooms were great, clean and spacious. Shower and bathroom superb. Chinese breakfast is served, additional options are eggs, sausage and pastries. The downstairs lobby a nice place to relax at any moment of the day. Close to main highlights, would recommend Yinli neighborhood over Khaun Zhai alleys though

Hotel is really nice and our room as well. Really oustanding. Also the breakfast, even if it does not have a lot of choises (especially for the western breakfast), still has good quality ingredient. Overall this hotel is really nice, i would recommend.

There have been some difficulties with the transfer organization to one of the planned activities. Hotel staff was ready to help, but the error was made and had to spend one evening with them trying to fix it. At the end everything was solved, so i would say this was just an unfortunate event

A very beautiful picture. The building, design and photo locations= an instagrammable place as it it said on the certificates hanging on the wall. The receptions really try to help, they have an AI electronic translator, generally the problems we had were solved. Coffee point in the room, refillable minibar, comfortable slippers and bath gowns. Self-laundry was very useful- special thanks.

1. The room is beautiful when you look at it in the picture, in fact it’s difficult to organize belongings : there are no crooks to hang wet towels after the washing, the only place is the sink 2. The wardrobe doesn’t have enough hangers and the upper shelf was extremely dirty 3 Breakfasts: it’s a real problem, there is a variety of traditional Chinese dishes, some fruit which are brought on the tray with some traditional Chinese starters, salads and broths (for a 3-day stay we had the same breakfasts). 4. The barman doesn’t speak English at all, he plays games, watches videos and plays with Lego bricks. 2 times we tried to order pizza BUT we couldn’t because even when we used an online translator and tried to explain what we wanted to have he just waved his hand, shrugged his shoulders and lost interest. 5. A beautiful fast rat which decided to relax in the restaurant zone😀
