    We booked on the connected rooms but when we arrived the lady staffs informed us rooms were different floor and not the same type which was crazy and we had to pay more Y50.-/each night to have the same floor rooms but not connected. Staffs were untrained and less knowledge starting from reception to restaurant, breakfast was not so good. bathroom was not well drained, curtain was partly broken.
