Het was een zeer verrassend appartement, erg groot met alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. En goede airco’s. En in een mooie omgeving, vlak bij de boot naar Valletta. En via die boot naar het busstation.

The rooftop is fantastic.

The iron has the wrong plug type. One of the rocking chairs is broken.

The apartment is in an excellent location right by the waterfront, with a pleasant promenade and several very good restaurants within a short walk. The rooftop terrace was a highlight — a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy the view over the harbour. The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped, making it suitable not just for a short stay but for fully living there. The internet was fast and reliable. It is on the second floor, which is not very high, so access via stairs was easy and not an issue.

There is a noticeable old, antique-like smell both in the building entrance and inside the apartment — similar to what you might experience at an antique market. The furniture is quite old. While it does add to the character and atmosphere of the place — which fits the historic nature of the building and is complemented by black-and-white photos and vintage decor — it may not suit everyone. The staircase leading to the rooftop terrace is narrow and spiral. For guests who are not comfortable with stairs or have limited mobility, it may be challenging to access, meaning the terrace views might not be easily available to them.

Bel emplacement
