Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι όλα δίπλα χωρίς όμως φασαρία από την παλιά πόλη.

Το μπάνιο δεν είχε ούτε παράθυρο ούτε εξαερισμό με αποτέλεσμα να έχει συνεχώς μια άσχημη μυρωδιά από τα σιφώνια. Ωστόσο με κλειστή την πόρτα δεν μεταφερόταν έντονα η μυρωδιά στο χώρο όποτε μικρό το κακό.
