Location is fab, decor really nice, great facilities e.g. toaster etc, clean apartment which is really important, access was easy with instructions, small touches were noticed e.g. teabags.
Air con leaked for hours in the one room during the first night meaning we were not able to sleep or to use it the rest of the trip. The building is a bit grim with notes warning about noise levels. Beds could do with more pillows.

Loved the location - walking distance to basically everything. Round the corner from lots of restaurants cafes and bars - lots that are very well recommended too. It was really clean, very aesthetically pleasing. TVs in every room. Washing machine facility. Spacious. Colourful. Really great that it didn’t have a physical key either - couldn’t loose/forget it/ when one of us wanted to go back early they could. When we wanted to check out late it was easily sorted and accommodated by our hosts.

Excellent location! Spacious and had everything we needed. Hosts had excellent communication
Lift was slightly dodgy and we got stuck. Room was too hot but this did get sorted for our last night.

L'appartamento è nuovo e ben curato,gli spazi sono buoni e l'arredamento ben fatto.
I bagni NON SONO 2 uno è un bagno completo, l'altro è una stanza con lavabo e doccia senza wc. Il servizio di gestione è assente,ho chiesto una coperta più leggera perché era presente solo un piumone pesante e non mi hanno più risposto. Una delle 2 camere è cieca,senza finestra né ricircolo di aria. Abbiamo prenotato per 6 e l'unico tavolo non era sufficiente per tutti. La casa è in un palazzo fatiscente e degradato le scale e l'ascensore sono da palazzo abbandonato.
