L'appartamento è molto bello, ristrutturato recentemente e con gusto, gli ambienti sono molto spaziosi, puliti, molto bella la cucina. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili.

Ampio bilocale finemente arredato, si trova al terzo piano di un condominio accanto al parco comunale e alla piscina federale. A circa 10 minuto dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Parcheggio sotto casa o a poca distanza. Un po' disturbato dal traffico durante la notte se si vogliono tenere le finestre aperte. Molto pulito.
Mancanza estintore, kit di benvenuto (pastiglia detersivo piatti e lavastrice), mancanza indicazione dell'alloggio turistico e CIN sul campanello o porta d'entrata
