The location could not be better. 2 minutes to groceries, restaurants and the old town walking street. The air conditioning being in both rooms kept the place extremely cool. Termoli is a hidden gem.
The place can use a few updates. The mattress is getting old and says a bit, the second bath could use a mirror, the pans need to be replaced, they are cheap and old, both rooms could use some blackout curtains as lifht from the street lights come through the shutters, little things that would make the place great.

Posizione ottima, parcheggi l'auto all'arrivo e la riprendi al momento della partenza!
Appartamento piccino ma con tutto ciò che serve e ben due condizionatori, in cucina e nella camera da letto! Apprezzatissimi!!!
Gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario.
Essendo in pieno centro, l'inaspettata movida termolese si fa sentire fino a tardi...ma in fin dei conti si è pur sempre in vacanza, mica bisogna svegliarsi presto per andare a lavoro!
Consiglierei all'host di rivedere gli utensili della cucina...una pentola e qualche posata nuova o una semplice insalatiera credo sarebbero apprezzate, specie per soggiorni più lunghi...Basta poco per migliorarsi!
Noi per 3 gg ci siamo cmq arrangiati senza problemi.
Per il resto c'é ciò che serve, tutto ok!

posizione centralissima, tutti i servizi e comfort a portata di mano. proprietario della casa sempre disponibile. Sicuramente quando ritorneremo a termoli sarà la ns prima scelta
