La posizione a 5 minuti dal mare, noi eravamo a Cala sveva, a 1 minuto a piedi dal corso principale del centro, 5 minuti a piedi poco più dal paese vecchio. Al sesto piano c'è anche la vista sul mare e sul corso , ascensore utilissimo e funzionale. Nella casa c'è tutto, un po' piccola in 4 ma per due settimane va benissimo.
Il condominio avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione

Die Wohnung ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet (wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht). Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Das Bad ist groß und hat ausreichend Stauraum. Die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Der Vermieter war freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, um sowohl Alt- als auch Neustadt zu Fuß zu erkunden, auch zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit.
Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir einige Zeit auf den Vermieter warten. Nachdem ich ihn dann per SMS kontaktiert hatte, war er aber recht schnell da. Die Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt, wirkt nicht sehr einladend.
