my room is pool view 2nd floor my flight was early I want to take a nap but the noise from pool make me can't sleep but during the night was ok

Extremely family friendly and the staff is very kind. The family cozy room was perfect for my grandson, daughter and I. He loved the slide and the bunk beds. The room and bathroom was spacious. The area is safe an about a 5 minute walk to the beach. They do provide a shuttle service to the beach. The pool in the center of the hotel is a nice touch. It was very clean and safe for children. Our room was not facing the pool area it was extremely quiet. The breakfast was tasty but it was the same thing served daily. It is a Great location for pick up and to do local touring. We hired a driver to go to see big buddha, Karon view point and rock beach stairway to heaven. Overrall, we were very pleased with our stay and will return to stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to downtown amenities (restaurants, shops, etc.). The beach is also relatively close by. The breakfast is pretty good and varied.

The hotel feels cheap. There are a lot of areas that aren't very well maintained. The hallways leading to the rooms look like swimming pool hallways. Overall, the photos on the website make the place look much better than it actually is. I felt that for the price, it was far below what you could get elsewhere in Thailand.
