    We had brunch in the summer 2024, but they change now many things, so I cannot decide to recommend or not, as i dont know how it is now

    Great experience! Would 100% recommend. I’d recommend the owners to update the AC as it was a bit outdated and had problems (which the staff rapidly fixed).

    I stayed there 3 nights with my son, after Christmas and before new year. Granted, it was the peak season and I booked a bit last minute, which explains my value for money rating. There was also an issue with Agoda very opaque booking system, which didn't help with the rating. Not their fault, but the staff could have handled it in a better way. Most of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Location is great, between Kata and Karon, very close to Karon beach. Rooms are very simple, but nice and good bed. I would recommend, depending on the price paid. Note: Agoda's ad mentions Airport Transfer as part of the amenities. Maybe it's just my poor English, but I would expect something like a shuttle between the hotel and the airport. Turns out it just means they can order a taxi for you...
