Stay cool and beat the heat inside with the 13,500 BTU air conditioning, or stay cozy and warm, when it gets cold outside, with the amazingly efficient propane / elec heater. The climate control for all situations works fantastic. Keep everybody’s bellies full, and taste buds satisfied with all the kitchen comforts and amenities you’ll need, from micro , oven ( 2 racks) 3 burner stove, stove light and exhaust fan. Large , split sink, cutting board, utensils , cutting knives , plates , pots , pans , and cups. Also equipped with utensils for bbq , and Tupperware to save all your delicious leftovers. Enjoy coffee each morning , as if you were at your local Starbucks with a Keurig coffee maker , stocked with some fan favorite flavors, and supplied coffee mugs. ( additional charge ) Sleep well at night, staying cozy , comfortable , and warm in always clean , crisp sheets , big cozy soft blankets, fluffy pillows, and comfortable , Roomy beds. With a large 65 gal holding tank for fresh potable water, and a 16 gal water heater, stay clean, and enjoy hot showers, indoors, or outdoors, whichever you prefer, as well as plenty of hot or cold water for the kitchen , and bathroom sinks. Stay entertained, with cd, dvd , and cable or antenna TV, or play music inside and out . It’s equipped with outdoor speakers, and a TV that can be moved from inside, and mounted outside, to enjoy under the awning during dinner, or for movie night under the stars. If you are tired from a late night of fun, or just exhausted from all the outdoor activities, you can sleep in , and keep the sun out with shades and blinds on all the windows, keeping it dark, until you’re ready to face the day once again! Another great feature is the 2nd door in the back that goes directly into the bathroom, so you , guests , and the kids can utilize the bathroom without the traffic barging through the RV, and letting out all the cool , or warm air you have the climate controls set for, it really is nice to have when you are entertaining , especially for the kids.
