1. Air conditioning in every room. 2. Terrace equipped with a bench and table. 3. Washing machine provided, along with plenty of laundry detergent. 4. Great water pressure and good drainage in the shower. 5. Friendly and responsive staff. 6. Located on a quiet and safe street. 7. Perfect blackout curtains. 8. The fridge has a freezer compartment, so you can make ice. 9. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cookware.

1. The bedding wasn't great. (It's just a top sheet system rather than a fitted duvet cover.) 2. Not located right next to restaurants, bars, or cafes (requires a short walk).

The apartment was exceptionally clean and the beds were large and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you will need and everything is freshly cleaned. The private garden was large and very nice to sit in and relax, easily accessible too. Flavia was amazing at communicating with and very easy to get in touch with. We had no problems with anything and she answered all our questions, the bathroom is good size and very clean too. The apartment is in a good place too, not too far from the metro, bus station, restaurants and not far from any main points of Rome. The place is also very quiet during the night and quite quiet during the day too! I would definitely recommend this to everyone who would want to visit Rome and I myself would come back just for this apartment! Thank you Flavia for everything.

Iso ja puhdas asunto, jossa kaikki toimi. Sijainti oli hyvä. Lyhyt kävelymatka keskustaan, mutta myös julkisilla pääsi hyvin liikkumaan. Ystävällinen ja avulias majoittaja. Ilmastointi oli tehokas ja asunto viileä. Hyvät sängyt meidän perheelle.
