The tow upstairs bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed

unfortunately the ground floor bedroom has no curtains so it’s light at 4am and the ac is noisy and needs serving So it’s was disappointing for the two of us to be awake at 4am with the additions of a noisy ticking ac fan and no cooling

The perfect accommodation for a stay in Tokyo, especially for families. Exactly as pictured. Ideal for escaping the city noise. Everyone loved it! The very responsive host  we didn't have to carry our luggage on arrival and departure. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from a subway station and 15 minutes from Shinjuku Gyoen by subway. There's even a bus stop 300 meters away for Ikebukuro. Every evening, right outside the subway station, we had a choice of excellent takeaway options for under €2 per person or restaurants. There's a museum, the former residence of the first manga artists, just a 2-minutes walk away. We highly recommend it.
