L'emplacement, le calme, le confort. Appartement refait a neuf.
Il manque évidemment la télé !!! La poêle mériterait d'être remplacée, quelques ustensiles telles que seconde casserole, un couteau qui coupe ..pain, viande, etc... Une seconde poubelle sélective, un aspirateur et serpillière pour entretenir en cours de séjour. Une notice affichée pour la mise en route des plaques de cuisson !!! Peu de pression au niveau de la douche...

Molt bona relació qualitat-preu. Moltes plàces de pàrking al costat de l’apartament. Et proporcionen tovalloles (punt positiu)
Poca pressió d’aigua per dutxar-se. Entrada de l’immoble amb molt males condicions i molt deixat. Reactivitat innexistent del propietari- mai vam obtindre resposes per part seva.

Le calme de l'appartement. Ballades aux cascades.
Être vigilant sur le ménage: vider les poubelles et mettre des sacs. Changer la vitre de la porte de l'entrée de l'immeuble. Prévoir des ustensiles de cuisine: couteau à découper la viande, ciseaux, spatules. Problème de pression d'eau au niveau de la douche car lorsque la cuve des toilettes se remplit il n'y a pas de pression à la douche.
