Zu klein für sechs Leute

Als je graag een beetje wandelt is de locatie top, kortbij (20min wandelen) 2 metrolijnen naar het centrum van Athene. En ietsje verder is ook de tram langs de kust. Het is heel ruim, goede bedden, netflix, grote frigo, zalige douche, .... Voor ons geen minpunt, maar wel goed om te weten, er is geen lift en wij zaten op de 2de verdieping. Parking is niet voorzien, wij hebben altijd plaats gevonden in de buurt, maar ik kan mij indenken in de zomer zal dit moeilijker worden. Maar voor alleen Athene en de kust daar, heb je geen auto nodig.

De wifi was niet altijd sterk genoeg. Bij aankomst werkten de 3 afstandsbedieningen van de airco's niet omdat de batterijen zo goed als plat waren. Ook de afstandsbediening van de TV was slecht. Wij hebben dit dadelijk gemeld, en door wat batterijen te verwisselen, werkte toch 1 afstandsbediening. De host zou nieuwe batterijen brengen, maar hebben we niet gezien. Spijtig. Hier zou aandacht voor moeten zijn. Ook was er niets van suiker, peper, aluminiumfolie, koffiefilter, keukenhanddoek, ... , van die kleinigheden die je voor een paar dagen niet zou moeten kopen.

We spent four wonderful weeks in this apartment and highly recommend it for both short and long-term stays. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, large and comfortable beds, high-quality bedding, and everything is incredibly clean. The kitchen has an oven, electric stove, refrigerator, and plenty of cookware and cutlery. It's perfect for cooking indoors. There are two balconies where we enjoyed sitting in the evenings. The living room has two sofas and a smart TV. The bathroom has a shower, which is also large and comfortable. The apartment is very well located, with several supermarkets and buses nearby, and a metro station about a 20-minute walk away. Pireus ferry port is about 17 minutes with bus away. The apartment is very spacious, and the quiet surroundings allow for relaxation. A big plus is the local market, where you can buy thousands of products and incredibly high-quality vegetables, fruit, cheese, and meats( every Friday) . There's a very good Greek taverna right next to the apartment. Highly recommend! We were very sad that our four weeks had passed so quickly and we had to fly back to London. Communication with the owners is quick via WhatsApp, and they are very helpful and polite. We'll definitely be back.

It's not that we didn't like something because the truth is, we were so happy with everything during our stay. I'll mention however a few minor things that could be improved. The internet is quite slow and would freeze if my wife and I were working on computers at the same time. The elevator doesn't work. There is no dishwasher in the property as per description. The kitchen faucet needs replacing, and the vacuum cleaner is only for staff use, which should simply be hidden in a closet since guests can't use it anyway. However, these are all minor issues, as I mentioned, because we were happy with everything.

Всё было прекрасно. Несмотря на позднее заселение, всё прошло гладко. Наша семья осталась очень довольна отпуском благодаря отличному качеству жилья и удобному расположению. Общественный транспорт, метро и порт в пешей доступности. Также поблизости есть кафе и магазины. С удовольствием вернемся ещё

Немного смущал шум по утрам, от ремонта в соседнем здании
