La note bleue

l'emplacement était bien , la déco est agréable, bien équipé coté vaisselle, la literie était agréable, bonne réactivité au téléphone pour aider.

La wifi était en panne, la porte de l'immeuble a était bloquée, il n' y avait pas de torchon. Il n'y avait de consigne pour le fonctionnement du chauffage. Il serait bien de recevoir une facture directement!

Bel hébergement dans un immeuble triste et dégradé. La froidure à notre arrivée et la difficulté de chauffer ce lieu avec une climatisation qui ne s'avéra efficace qu'après de longues heures.

The room itself is very clean, with a big and comfortable bed, spacious enough for staying a few days and even for work. A small table in the middle of the room was just good enough for 1 or 2 persone to work or eat there. The hot water is limited but I'm used to saving water, so at least it was working properly, perfect if you don't intend to stay 20mins in the shower. No key needed at the building's entrance, and the room's door is opened using just a digital code, making it easier and practical. A small fridge is available, along with a few essentials for a kitchen, making it good enough for most people.

Pidgeons living on or next to the balcony, making a lot of mess nearly at all time. The kitchen's cleanliness depends on the previous guests, so the pans were greasy and one couldn't even be used anymore (something deeply burnt under it), the cutlery was greasy and had some traces of food on it, no sponge to clean any of it, and there was merely oil and vineger, not even salt or pepper. I don't mind having to clean after myself, but the required cleaning at the arrival before managing to cook anything was a rather bad surprise. Altogether, I think I'd have given it a slightly lower price.
