La situation géographique, proximité des commerces. La fonctionnalité du studio.
La robinetterie est un peu hors âge, pas de machine à laver les vêtements, manque d information concernant le fer à repasser qui je pense était celui posé à même le sol au premier étage. Manque d information concernant la Wi-Fi. Le placard servant à ranger la vaisselle n' est pas bien placé. La prise multiple n'est pas adapté, car pour l'utilisation de la cafetière on doit de brancher le micro-onde ou inversement. La baignoire n' est plus à la mode. J'exprime ici de critiques positives.

Studio bien équipé et très propre. Parking facile à proximité. Centre ville et bon resto juste en dessous du logement .très bon rapport qualité/prix

La présence de climatiseur, la baignoire et le confort de la literie.
L’odeur dans la cage d’escaliers, des poubelles y traînaient, par 30 degrés. 3 étages à monter sans ascenseur. Le logement est vieillot, pas propre (nous avons trouvé plusieurs grosses araignées, et de la poussière). La tv ne fonctionnait pas… le logement est bien trop cher pour les prestations proposées.
