Petite amélioration possible: quant aux toilettes (couche de peinture neuve, svp) et au sol (présence de fourmis). Cela corrigé, ma note passera à 8/10. Donc critique constructive car je suis globalement content de l'endroit. Merci !

-Accès, localisation,contact avec l'hôte, consignes claires, proximité commerces.
-Le logement nécessite un nettoyage approfondi, notamment four, rangements cuisine, toiles d'araignées et entretien aspirateur. -Rénovation/mise au norme: joint du bac à douche à refaire ou à nettoyer, fils électriques apparents sur tous les radiateurs, nombreuses traces sur les murs, fixation robinet cuisine à revoir, l'installation d'une VMC serait de bonne augure. -Pour le confort et l'hygiène, il serait bien de contrôler tout le linge de maison ( draps,couettes,torchon,protection matelas, matelas, serviettes) ainsi que la vaisselle car présence de tâches, la brosse des toilettes avec son support est à revoir également (sale) -Équipements: wifi introuvable malgré les bonne explications, manque un étendoir à linge et produits d'entretien
