Appartamento in posizione centrale ben tenuto, munito di aria condizionata e soprattutto dotato di un parcheggio interno. Inoltre la signora è stata disponibilissima.

Casa molto ben rifinita e in posizione eccezionale. Aria condizionata che ci ha salvato in questi giorni caldissimi. Il parcheggio interno è un valore aggiunto senza pari per una casa in centro storico. Sinceramente, avendo un SUV da 4,5m ero un po' preoccupato ma si riesce ad entrare comodamente con una semplice manovra. Soluzione super consigliata! Il supporto della proprietà è eccezionale e le istruzioni per accedere chiarissime
Niente. La registrazione è un po' macchinosa e l'accesso alla casa avviene tramite link remoto. Da una parte è comodo, dall'altra una soluzione tradizionale con le chiavi sarebbe più comoda. Nulla che possa modificare la mia valutazione super di questa soluzione ad Ascoli.
