Il tuo casale tra le colline - Marche House

Gastheer Simone en zijn vader waren uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ruim, relatief modern huis, zeer rustig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien, grote slaapkamer(s) en praktisch, overdekt terras. De streek kan warm zijn in de zomer, maar je kunt de woning goed koel houden met klapluiken en door de ramen 's avonds open te zetten tijdens de koele avondbries. Wifi, keukenapparatuur, wasmachine, alles werkte prima. Er is ook een smart TV in de woonkamer die streaming/casting ondersteunt vanaf je telefoon of tablet - handig voor als het WK voetbal in je vakantie valt :) De grotere stad Ascoli Piceno was maar een kwartiertje rijden. Je bent ook binnen drie kwartier aan de Adriatische kust of in de bergen (Monte Sibillini Nationaal Park).

Een parasol voor de eettafel buiten zou handig zijn.

Mooi en comfortabel huis in het Zuidelijke deel van de prachtige Italiaanse provincie de Marken (Marche), in de omgeving van Ascoli Piceno. Het huis, het aanwezige materiaal, de tuin, de omgeving ... allemaal prima in orde. En daar bovenop is er Simone, een bijzonder sympathieke en hulpvaardige eigenaar die met veel aandacht zorgt voor een goed verblijf, en heel zeker en vast oog heeft voor details. Samengevat: wij hadden er een heel mooie driedaagse.

Alles was OK!

Ci è piaciuto semplicemente TUTTO. Marche House era esattamente quello che cercavamo: un'oasi di pace nella natura, ma con tutto il necessario a portata di mano. Il cuore e la passione che Simone e la sua famiglia mettono in questa attività rendono poi l'esperienza veramente top. Gentilezza, disponibilità, precisione, discrezione e un'organizzazione e una pulizia della casa assolutamente perfette. Se amate la tranquillità e la natura, è il posto ideale per le vostre vacanze. Ma anche se apprezzate il fatto che tutto sia curato e organizzato nei minimi dettagli. Noi siamo stati talmente bene che alla fine abbiamo girato i dintorni molto meno di quello che pensavamo... in compenso ci siamo presi tutta la calma e la pace che la casa riesce a regalare. Torneremo sicuramente, sperando che nulla cambi mai, visto che per noi, così com'è, è perfetto! Ancora grazie a Simone e a suo padre per l'amorevole ospitalità.

Simone was an outstanding host and made our stay at Marche House so easy and enjoyable! Months before we arrived, he sent a personalized PDF of well-researched suggestions geared to our particular interests and needs, so helpful when visiting Le Marche for the first time. He was always just a text away during our stay with new suggestions, providing Google Maps links to each location - so appreciated! His father kindly brought us fresh towels every three days and wonderful tomatoes and grapes from his organic garden! The house was just as pictured, in a tranquil setting, surrounded by woods close to the Sibillini Mountains National Park. The house felt like a home, surrounded by a beautiful garden, a very well appointed kitchen, charming touches inside, and much enjoyed new mattresses and window screens that allowed for cool breezes while we slept. We spent many evenings on the terrace, watching the stars and listening to the silence of the hills. The house is well situated for exploring the Sibillini Mountains National Park, where you can both hike and drive through stunningly beautiful mountain vistas. At the same time, it’s just a 20 minute drive away from Ascoli Piceno, a charming modern yet ancient town featuring beautiful medieval piazzas and a wide selection of restaurants. A day at an outstanding Blue Flag beach like Grottemare ( that also allows dogs) is within reach… we spent two memorable afternoons there. Marche House is dog-friendly and our corgi Gi loved sleeping in the afternoons on a small hill on the property… any dog would enjoy exploring this large, fully fenced property as our Gi did. We all had a wonderful time at Marche House, and look forward to our next visit!
