The Attichetto is located in the heart of the historic center of Ascoli Piceno, between Piazza Roma and Piazza del Popolo.
Very cozy and bright, it is composed of: kitchen / living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), laundry room and a splendid panoramic terrace / balcony from which to admire the beauties of the absolute historic center. Relax. Each room has its own direct access to the terrace

We highly recommend this spacious, clean, completely updated and modernized apartment in the very heart of Ascoli Picena, in the Marche region of Italy. The host, Alessio, is prompt in responding and super helpful with everything from parking to restaurant recommendations. The location is superb, literally steps from two of the major piazzas in the city, walking distance to everything you would want to do. We chose to park our rental car on the street nearby -- it was cheap, easy, and safe. You can drive your car right to the apartment to unload your luggage, then drive to the parking where it costs 1-2 euros per day. It is a five-minute walk back to the apartment. There is a speedy elevator that takes you to the third floor; the apartment is on the fourth floor, so you have to walk one flight. The outdoor wrap-around deck affords beautiful views of the piazza and the mountains in the distance. After having stayed in a 12th century castle in Greve, we especially appreciated the MODERN PLUMBING! If you are considering a visit to Ascoli Picena, we highly recommend this delightful city and this comfortable, spacious, clean apartment.

We loved the apartment. The terrace afforded great views all around. The location was excellent. It was close to all the main sights, yet at the same time very quiet. Parking was relatively convenient—it was a short walk (though uphill), and cost only 2 euros/day. The apartment was well-equipped, though it would have been great if there is a bigger coffee maker—there was only a small “moka” so we had to wash it in the middle of breakfast in order to make more. But, all in all, it was a great stay.

My family and I appreciate Alessio’s patience with our schedule. Our flight was delayed and had problems with the rental car in Rome which delayed our drive to Ascoli. He was kind enough to let us check in at 10pm. His apartment had everything we needed.
