About this house rental

The completely renovated house opens its doors to guests. Couples and families are welcome.
The entrance is independent and leads to the first floor where there is a laundry room.
On the second floor you will find the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with hydromassage shower.
On the third floor you will discover the living area with a large kitchen, living room, bathroom and a terrace with a wonderful view that allows you to admire from the port of San Benedetto del Tronto up to Giulianova and beyond, the valley of Tronto with hills where you can see the villages of Monteprandone, Acquaviva Picena and Ripatransone and to the south until you discover Mount Maiella.
The house also has a convenient parking in front of the entrance.
It will be my responsibility to deliver and collect the keys.

Das Haus liegt mitten in Colonnella, bietet sehr viel Platz, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Reise und während des Aufenthaltes war sehr gut und sehr freundlich.
Es gibt wirklich keinen Kritikpunkt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an Franca!

Mitten drin, mehr italienischen Flair kann man nicht haben. Das Haus von Franca ist einladent, die Terrasse ruft zum Erholen und die schöne Aussicht zu genießen. Morgens scheint die Sonne in die Küche, "von der Sonne wach geküsst" perfekter Start in den Tag. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.La terrazza con una splendida Vista! Bella casa, molto invitante. Grazie Franca, la vacanza è stata fantástica. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal! Non vediamo l'ora che arrivi la prossima volta. Bacio!
