Weekly rental always from Saturday to Saturday comfortable apartment of 100 square meters between Alba Adriatica and Tortoreto about 600 meters. from the beach, on the first floor with lift, has a fenced parking space and a large communal garden. The apartment has just been refurbished and furnished, it consists of two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom for a total of 7 beds, a kitchen, a large living room with sofa, two bathrooms with washing machine and two balconies. Ideal for large families. If well-behaved small pets are allowed.

La casa è ampia e comoda. Siamo stati veramente bene nonostante il grande caldo. Ottimale la posizione (a parte il supermercato praticamente adiacente, in pochi minuti in bici si può raggiungere tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno). I padroni di casa non avrebbero potuto essere più gentili e disponibili. Assolutamente consigliata

Schöne geräumige Wohnung. Sehr sporadisch eingerichtet, aber alles nötige dabei.
In der Küche haben uns paar Schüsseln und Töpfe gefehlt . Mussten immer vorher genau überlegen.
Der größte Nachteil lag daran ,daß die Wohnung an einer sehr befahrenen Straßenseite lag. Konnten nachts durch den Verkehr und Sirenen schlecht abschalten. Einerseits offene Fenster (keine Klima) starker Lärmpegel.. anderseits geschlossene Fenster zu warm....
Zum Strand hatten wir genau 980m,zur Liege etwas weiter ;-). Aber gut zu laufen. Alles eben.
Hinter dem Zaun war "Tigre",der zum Einkauf einlud. Man bekam hier alles vom Salat... bis Brötchen.. Wasser und alle Hygieneartikel.
Ansonsten 500m weiter gibts ein Lidl.
Auch Restaurants und Pizzerien waren gut zu erreichen.

Appartamento molto grande e perfetto anche per i bimbi...camere spaziose e super pulito. A disposizione tutti i comfort come scritto sul sito. Per arrivare al mare servono 10 minuti di cammino ma la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito una bici per poter usare una macchina da navetta quando necessario...se no può farsi tranquillamente a piedi che è una bella passeggiata...molto carino anche Tortoreto.
