Pięknie położony obiekt i cisza, brak hałasu i zgiełku. Bardzo komfortowe warunki.
Obiekt położony dość wysoko co wymusza spacer pod górę pieszo. Warto mieć samochód pod ręką. Nie była to wielka przeszkoda ale warto wziąć pod uwagę że choć odległość do sklepu jest mała to jednak na pieszo może być wyzwaniem dla niektórych.
