The apartment is located in a quieter part of Maspalomas, San Augustin. Right next to it is a bus stop, shopping center with shops, restaurants (I recommend the Panorama restaurant), and other amenities. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has a large terrace and beautiful views, ensuring a comfortable stay in southern Gran Canaria.
There are three downsides, in my opinion: 1. the equipment is quite limited (e.g., in the kitchen), there's no lamp above the table (but we somehow managed that ;)), 2. to reach the apartment you have to go up to the 4th floor. This can be a big drawback, for example, for people with limited mobility or with small children, 3. there's no assigned parking space; you have to find one on the street.
