The location of the apartment is excellent, right next to the promenade and along the waterfront. The beach is easily accessible from the nearby promenade by taking the stairs down. The pool belonging to the property was cleaned every day, and the garden was beautiful and very well maintained. The apartment has everything you might need during your holiday. We used the washing machine, and although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. The host was extremely kind and helpful, communication was always quick and easy, and he also recommended some excellent restaurants in the area. We had a wonderful stay, and if I return to Gran Canaria, I would definitely choose this apartment again.

The owner was very helpful. Great communication and quick response to questions. The apartment was perfect. Clean, tidy with every resource available to make the stay enjoyable. Great shower. Comfortable kingsize and double bed. Beach towels, parasol available. Comfortable sun loungers. Table and chairs are available to sit at throughout the day and enjoy the sea view and promenade or use the ones provided by the owner to sit out in the morning for breakfast or an evening meal directly outside the apartment. The owner has catered for everything you need to make the holiday experience memorable. External grounds and swimming pool were regularly cleaned and maintained. The location was ideal for my stay. Approximately 15 walk into main Playa des Ingles along promenade. Lots of local restaurants and bars within several minutes from apartment. The beach was gorgeous and clean and not too crowded either - mid-July! So close to get to as well. 130 steps down/up which was ok, depending on your own fitness level. Benches provided along the way to take a rest or just enjoy the view! Excellent supermarket on Avenida de Italia. Amazing ice cream shop/cafe/patisserie “Pinguino” - worth many visits. Stumbled across the local market on a Saturday and Wednesday - 8am until 2pm - defo worth a visit. 5 minute walk from apartment. Head towards Calle Las Estrellas follow the road around and it’s there! Had the most enjoyable Paella and fish/seafood platter for two - would recommend from Il Ponte Vecchio. Great friendly service. The best Michael Jackson Tribute Act is on a Mon/Wed/Fri at 8.30pm. Book a table you won’t be disappointed! Lovely Chinese and sushi from Asia Garden - great service too. Great bus service to Puerto de Mogan, Puerto Rico, Maspalomos, Las Palmas and many more destinations to visit.

A beautiful, modern, well equipped apartment with everything you would need. The pool is lovely and was always quiet as there are only a few properties around it. The position is perfect, overlooking a quiet promenade and the beach, a few minute walk to a handful of bars, restaurants and shops, and a slightly longer walk to the centre of Playa del Inglés or to Yumba. Roger was really friendly and helpful and informative about the area. I didn’t have any problems while I was there, but I know if I had he would have been extremely responsive..
