A beautiful, modern, well equipped apartment with everything you would need. The pool is lovely and was always quiet as there are only a few properties around it. The position is perfect, overlooking a quiet promenade and the beach, a few minute walk to a handful of bars, restaurants and shops, and a slightly longer walk to the centre of Playa del Inglés or to Yumba. Roger was really friendly and helpful and informative about the area. I didn’t have any problems while I was there, but I know if I had he would have been extremely responsive..

Gute Lage, schöne Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung, genug Duschtücher, Pool: gute Größe, kurze Wege, ruhige Anlage, wenn man Glück hat, ist man allein in der Anlage.
Parksituation: Sehr schwer in den umluegenden Straßen einen Parkplatz zu finden. Keine Terasse, wo man sitzen und essen kann. Die vielen Regeln für die Nutzung der Garten- und Poolanlage (auch wenn sie nachvollziehbar sind). Mit den anderen Bewohnern der Anlage kann es ein wenig unangenehm werden.
