Pools . Rooms ok but no air conditioning . Position

Staff unfriendly and looked at you like you and crawled out of a hole. Asked for a fan as no air con as should have been included in room . Unbearable on first night . Staff told me to hire one from shop when it was in used on deluxe room . Maid only came once in 4 days and didn’t leave clean towels . Asked to change beach towels on day 3 told I couldn’t as none left .

The hotel bar was okay, as was the pool and the restaurant (whose food was often a hit or miss, but there were fewer misses overall).

For a hotel in the 21st century in a tropical destination not to have Air-conditioning in the room is outrageous. The room was too hot, so we tried to keep the windows open, only then to be kept awake due to the noise from the Karaoke bad accross the street. Another quite dissapointing thing was that despite paying for an all-inclusive, we had to pay extra for using the gym (which I could bat an eye about), but the room safety locker costing 21 euro per week? Are you kidding me? It's not a high prize, but never would I have thought it didn't come with the room automatically. Overall, the stay wasn't bad, but we were rather dissapointed.
