A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces or balcony.
A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late check in available and on request carries the following charges:

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. Great location with the ocean view from the balcony! Pool area was clean and nice but the pool was not heated (very cold). However the kids enjoyed the pool anyway and the beach was only a short walk away.

👍 Location. The check in staff helped out as we arrived very late. They had a system that the key was left in a lock box. All this was communicated brilliantly by the check in guy. Really took the stress out of it. Apartment was very well equipped. We loved our stay there.
👎 I could say that it was dated but that didn’t bother me. It was even a bit rustic. Kitchen and furnishings was sort of modern

👍 We loved the location of the place and the fact that had an amazing view of the beach. The balcony was very small but enough for two people. The sofa and the beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean. We also enjoyed the facilities of the washing machine and kitchen that is fairly equip.
👎 We arrived at the property and the person who meet us seemed to be in a hurry... he was not very welcoming and was more interested in getting the deposit for the place. Rushed us to get the details. The place is very run down and we were not given the chance to have a look at the place before we agreed to the deposit. We felt rushed. This property is very run down; with cables hanging from every where where there is a light or a connection. There was water leak in the bathroom right near where the washing machine cables were. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom masked by a scented electric deodorant.
