Le personnel très gentil. Ils ont tout fait pour tout organiser ce qui est génial. La chambre était propre, moderne et confort.

Не первый раз на Нуса Пениде, есть с чем сравнивать. Отель находится рядом с главной достопримечательностью, 5 мин на байке. Выбрал именно его , т.к знаю, что после пляжа Келинкинг доехать куда-то дальше очень сложно. Подъем и спуск выматывает так, что руль держать не можешь. А до других пляжей спокойно можно доехать из отеля потом. Отель шикарный, новый, просто бомба. Есть и еда и всё что надо. Горячая вода всегда, матрас мега удобный. Спасибо персоналу. Всем советую именно его.

The location of the villa is perfect, very close to Kelingking Beach and other popular west attractions. The quality of the food was very good.

The staff is very kind, but communication is difficult. Only one person speaks English (kind of), the others do no speak it at all. On the day that we arrived, the electricity was shut down for approximately 4 hours, but we were not informed by the staff and had planned to stay in the hotel. It was very hot (the A/C was not working) and we could not communicate with ours phones (the wifi was not working and phone reception is very bad throughout the island). The restaurant has a very big menu, but most of the food is not available. Finally, on the day that I arrived and entered my room, I noticed that the personal soap bar used by the previous guests had not be thrown away, leading me to think that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned.
