Communication: 10/10. Japanese language only, but I was very very impressed with the responsiveness of the hosts. They are very prompt, provide very clear info that Booking.com automatically translates, super helpful when you need extra things like umbrellas or help with trash. Location: Easy to find on Google maps. Easy 6 minute walk to Nishitetsu Station and shops. Safe location. Working WIFI. Netflix. Comfortable beds. well furnished, free thoughtful toiletries provided. Great storage space plus big bedrooms. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

We used two apartments, 301 and 401. This apartment is in a complex that looks like it was reconfigured to be made into a hospitality place. However the Toilet/ Bathroom/ Laundry combination ended up being tiny spaces squeezed into one tiny part of such spacious apartments (unfortunately!) with no windows. The shower has no extractor fan. There is generous space for the bedrooms and lounge but the toilet is sit-down only room with a sewage pipe from upper apartments passing through the toilet so you hear flushing water going down (don't worry you get used to it and tune it out eventually :) In the grand scheme of things, I recommend these apartments and I will be back next time I am in Kurume :)

外観は古いが設備はキレイでした。8名での利用でした。テーブルも大人数が楽しく集える配置でしたし、ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。コップや食器も揃っており、不自由しませんでした。ラップやホイルが置いてあるのが地味に助かります。各水場にハンドソープが設置されているのもうれしかったです。

【改善が難しい点】 ・トイレ1つ。・風呂狭い。 【改善して欲しい点】 ・ゴミ分別がよくわからなかった。久留米市のHPを見に行きました。間違えてると思う…すみません。 ・騒音対策に椅子の足に音を軽減する何か工夫を。 ・洗い物をするも、どれで何を拭いていいか分からなかったのでフキンの定位置に（食器拭き）とか（台拭き）とか表示があると迷わず助かります。 あえてそれらを置かず、使い捨てのハンドタオルなどを設置されるのも良いと思います。
