Generally, the place was clean and spacious. The owner is also very friendly and responsive.
The kitchen area was a little dirty with sticky walls due to grime. The pots and pans and crockeries were also sticky.

部屋がたくさんあって清潔感がありました。布団がたくさんあってありがたかった。
トイレのライトが消える。おそらくセンサーだと思います。下水の臭いが気になりました。

部屋数がたくさんあり冷蔵庫やレンジ等の設備が良かったです
お風呂の排水が悪く詰まるので、少し大変でした

圧倒的にコスパが良い。
部屋も広くベッドの数も多いのでビジネスホテルと比べればかなり快適。
外観は年期が入っているが中は清潔で食器やアメニティの揃いが良い。
友人や家族連れなど複数名の福岡旅行で外のお店で福岡グルメを楽しみたいならおすすめ。
風呂は狭いので、近くの温泉施設の利用を推奨。
一部のアメニティは事前に頼む必要があるのでスタッフに確認が要るが、当日でも対応して貰えるので◎
