About this house rental
A short walk to the beach with steps to white sand and emerald waters just across the street. Enjoy quiet starlit nights, and when you are ready for distraction, take a short ride to music and restaurants on and off the beach, or shipping and a movie at Pier Park. A 15 minute drive from the ECP airport.
Kitchen, living and dining room area. Queen bed in both bedrooms. Bathroom with shower. Extra outside shower (hot and cold water) to wash off the sand. Large front porch and laundry room. Small charcoal grill for outside grilling.
Tile bathroom with shower. Laundry room with washer/dryer. . Large front porch with comfortable benches , chairs, light and table for night reading or just watching the sunset. Additional outside shower (hot and cold water!) for washing off the sand. Small charcoal grill for cooking out. Bring your own beach chairs and beach towels. the beach is practically your own!
Easy beach access. Away from the crowds and noise of Panama City Beach, but close enough to mix with the crowd when you drive up the road for music and great seafood,
No smoking , and must be accompanied by parent or older family member if under 25 years of age.
