Security camera details: There's a camera on the front porch of the main house facing the screen door, one facing the driveway, one on the back of the main home facing the guest house, and one that is mounted on the guest house facing the front door.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We recently stayed at this quaint little beach house in Panama City Beach and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Nestled on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas, it offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience. The beach was just a short 10-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the shoreline without the crowds.
The house itself was spotless and exceptionally well-equipped — it truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The screened-in front porch quickly became one of our favorite spots for morning coffee, and the lovely backyard furniture made it easy to relax and unwind in the evenings.
If you're looking for a serene, cozy spot for a longer snowbird retreat or a quiet beach escape, this home is a hidden gem. Highly recommend!
