Cocoonr offers this charming 140 m² house for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a lovely 47 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 3,700 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 47 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a dining area.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190), en-suite shower room with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC with washbasin
1st floor:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×190)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with bath, shower and WC
On the 2ᵉ floor:
- Bedroom 5: with 1 double bed (140×190),
- A bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 3,700 m² enclosed garden
- A 32 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- 8 m² veranda with furniture
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
