About this villa rental
Large five-bedroom family house, built in stone, in a dominant position, offering a magnificent panorama of the sea, the sandy beach and the Ehbiens islands.
Located near the Golf of Pen Guen.
The property is embellished with a large garden planted with roses, hydrangeas and various tree species.
A south-facing stone terrace overlooks the bay and allows you to have lunch facing the sea.
Access to the house is via a private stone path that leads to the front door.
The house consists of three levels and all the bedroom windows have a view of the sea.
Ground floor ,
Living room with fireplace and beautiful sea view opening onto the south-facing terrace.
Barbecue and garden furniture available in summer. Exceptional sea view from the terrace.
Dining room also with sea view and extending table for ten people.
A bedroom on the ground floor with double bed, beautiful sea view and adjoining shower room. Separate toilets.
A large entrance leads to the kitchen equipped with a gas stove with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, Nespresso, mixer, toaster etc.
First floor.
Master bedroom with double bed, and arched window opening onto a magnificent panorama. Private bathroom with bath-shower, sink, bidet, dressing room. Separate toilets.
A second bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed and adjoining bathroom and a small sea and countryside view.
The garden level opens onto a large lawn facing the sea and consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom is common to the two bedrooms with bath-shower, sink, bidet, toilet, storage cabinet. Possibility of independent entrance for these two rooms.
Boiler room with Wiessman oil boiler. Washing machine, additional fridge. Iron and ironing board in the basement.
