* NO PARTIES/EVENTS *
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
There will be a $500 Fee associated with any broken rules. Thank you very much for your understanding

The location is convenient to the metro, restaurants and shopping. The unit is newly remodeled with an awesome kitchen and comfortable beds. Parking is right outside the door. Owner Omar was very responsive and easy to work with. We had a great stay and would stay again.

We stayed in Alexandria for a family wedding and the home and location was perfect. Close to restaurants and very safe neighborhood. I would recommend this property

Located just steps from coffee shops and restaurants on King St and a block from the metro station, this clean, modern 2 BR with attached baths in each was an ideal place to stay. So many shops and restaurants along King St between here and the waterfront made for fun shopping and eating. Central air, 3 smart tvs and great shower pressure made for very comfortable time when back from busy days in DC. Would definitely stay here again!
