Very nice property, everything was updated. The parking was fantastic. The house was walkable to the Metro and the waterfront. Would happily stay again!

We were in town for the Marine Corp Marathon and were so happy with the location of this property. The house was perfect and exactly what we needed. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in old Towne Alexandria. The house was great. Having the off street parking was huge. Everything else is street parking. The neighborhood is awesome. Safe, clean, and active. You're only a 5 minute walk from the main strip that is lined with restaurants, coffee shops, and stores-- clear to the water front. With a child, we made the whole walk to the water in 15 minutes. Jeni's ice cream is minutes from the house and our kid loved going each night. The house was well decorated, modern, and functional. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen (you will need to bring seasoning, cooking oils but pots and pans are good), and eating in the nice dining room. Beds are comfy, good black out curtains keep street noise and outside light down. Bathrooms are clean and showers with good water pressure. The host was quick to respond, and easy to work with which was greatly appreciated. I really can't stress how nice the location is. 15 min uber to DC museums, 25min Uber to zoo. The Metro is nearby but looked like it'd take an hour to get to the zoo, so we chose Uber.All of that, and a great price. We'd definitely look to come back again (hopefully next time with no government closure.)
