The property was a very lovely old historic home and well maintained. It was easy walking to the Alexandria waterfront, as well as many places nearby for dining. And off street parking was a bonus! My family enjoyed it very much!

So glad we decided to stay here vs the hotel recommended by our Conference. The house was very spacious with a newer kitchen, large dining room and comfortable living room. Also, really enjoyed the location near (but not on) King Street. Host is a great communicator and accommodating. we had a wonderful time at this house and would highly recommend to others.

This unit is ideal for families who want to be near the restaurants and shops of Old Town Alexandria, and within 1 mile (all level, easy walking) of a Metro stop into DC. It worked great for us. The house was immaculate and well appointed. We had a problem with the air conditioning, and the host had a repair man there withih an hour. We were very well satisfied. .
