It is fully lighted and locked from beach access in the evenings for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access.
Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is a short walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15-minute drive. The Pier and world-famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5-minute drive.

We booked the day before, so the check in instructions didn’t come through until a few days later, However, the host was able to respond to our questions right away so there were no issues. Place was clean, well stocked and has two balconies with beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive. Beach was beautiful! We very much enjoyed our stay at Paradise Seas! This is our family’s second time staying at Paradise Seas and we will definitely be back!

Location is great! The condo is spacious.Problem is they are building a brand new condo/hotel beside the complex. The noise started early and they are no were near completing this project. Your view is looking at construction and hearing noise
