Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access in the evenings for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access.
Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is a short walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15-minute drive. The Pier and world-famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5-minute drive.

Excellent stay!! We were just a walk from the beach, the place was clean, effortlessly efficient, and beautifully decorated! The host was always available if need be, and communication was a breeze! Absolutely would stay again! 10 out of 10. Thank you for a beautiful weekend!

Condo was exactly as described here. We had a quick but great stay. Our family of five had plenty of room. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Check in and out was very easy and managers were very responsive definitely recommend!

Location is great! The condo is spacious.Problem is they are building a brand new condo/hotel beside the complex. The noise started early and they are no were near completing this project. Your view is looking at construction and hearing noise
