Beautiful River Retreat 10 min from downtown. Private getaway in the city. House nestled in the trees sits on 50ft cliff overlooking the Cumberland River. It's easy to forget you're in the city. 4 amazing decks overlooking the river, Master Bedroom with king size bed, private porch on river & private bathroom with big tub, 2 Guest rooms with Queen Beds, shared full bathroom. 3rd Floor Loft Den/Office w/ Futon, Great Room w/ Kitchen/Dining and big Couch. Recently updated.
Escape to this brilliant 3-bedroom house in Madison only the River . On one acre lot only 10 min to Grand Ole Opry , 15 min to Downtown Nashville and 10-15 to Airport depending on traffic .

The master bedroom includes king size bed and private bath as well as private porch overlooking River . 2 Guest rooms with queen beds and and adjoining bathroom . Third floor has futon & it’s own porch overlooking river . House has all the necesary amenities , private bathroom, dining area as well as third floor terrace and porch overlooking the river and office with futon couch. microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle(coffee, tea, sweeteners, creamer provided) plates, utensils, glasses, cups, knives, cutting board, salt and pepper, etc. Come on over to Casa del Rio..where you can relax and feel a world away on your vacation river retreat.

We do have a CAT that goes in and out so if you’re allergic to cats this might not be your retreat house .

Great location and beautiful home. The property is very private, but was still minutes away from all necessities and close to everywhere we wanted to visit. When we pulled into the property there was actually three deer relaxing in the yard. The cat was also a great plus to our stay.
