We were disappointed to arrive to an unclean house. We messaged the owner and they sent a cleaning crew out the next morning. We definitely felt more comfortable once we had the place cleaned. Parking spaces were very tight. We had to park our SUV across the street. The house was stocked with necessities to cook in the kitchen for our large family. Beds were comfortable. Slept 9 comfortably and it was great to have a place that accepted our small dog. Beware of keeping any valuables in cars. Two days before our departure, all cars in the parking lot were broken into. Smashed windows out of each parked vehicle. This was really a bummer to have to spend an extra 300 to have our window replaced especially during the holiday. I appreciated the responsiveness of the host.

Had a great time in Nashville. This place is easy to find and close to everything we wanted to do. Love that it is on the ground floor - no lugging bags up stairs !

We had a great time at the property. We were only a group of 3, but enjoyed having 3 bathrooms! Close to downtown, and the highway for further exploration. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
