Stay in this charming house located on one of the most iconic and charming beaches on the northern coast of São Paulo, at Praia de Maresias, in São Sebastião, facing the sea. Ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends looking to relax and enjoy, this space combines comfort, practicality and fun. An unforgettable experience with direct beach access and a privileged location. The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate its guests.
- Known for its crystal clear waters and white sands, the region attracts visitors from all over the country who seek sun, beach, and a complete experience of leisure and rest, and an atmosphere that balances relaxation and fun. Whether to rest or enjoy the excitement, Maresias is a little piece of paradise that pleases all types of visitors.
- We are close to renowned bars, restaurants and local shops. For the adventurous, there are trails, boat trips and water sports options.
- Enjoy relaxing and having fun with beach chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor area with 2 pools, one for adults and one for children, sun loungers, tables with umbrellas and chairs (collective use of the condominium) - check conditions
