Welcome to this charming, modern cabin located just outside of Holton, KS and adjacent to the Banner Creek Lake and trails. Only a 4 minute drive to Holton on paved roads, this cabin is private and peaceful on its own private drive and offroad parking. The Banner Creek Lake South Campgrounds and boat ramp are less than 1/2 mile away. The cabin is located less than 2 miles to the Jackson County Fairgrounds and event building, a 15 minute drive to Prairie Band Casino and Firekeeper golf course, and 30 miles north of Topeka.

The cabin is located on 3 acres with a private drive and private parking away from the road. The parking is ample and great for anyone pulling a boat or any trailer and not wanting to be exposed to public parking areas in town. The trail system for Banner Creek Lake is located just across the fence and the trail head is a short 700ft walk from the Cabin. If you prefer, you can make the 350ft trek across the timber to the lake cove known locally as Party Cove! There is also a public pond just a 1/4 mile walk to catch large mouth bass. Kayaks are available in the warmer months at no charge to guests.

This new and modern cabin with a retro feel features 1 bedroom with a cozy queen bed and TV, a lovely bathroom and shower complete with supplemental heat and a heated mirror, a small loft with a full bed (accessed by a custom ladder), and a combined living room/ kitchen with a sofa sleeper and 55 inch TV. With amenities like an iron, AC, hair dryer, WiFi, microwave, refrigerator, range top, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and all the kitchen amenities, guests will have everything they need for a wonderful stay. A firepit with Adirondack chairs and firewood make a great gathering spot while grilling out on the provided grill.
