River Front Walking & bike trails 4 blocks, 1 block from Main Street, 2 blocks to Railroad park, 3 miles from Melvern Lake (boating, fishing, hunting, swimming). 35 minutes to Emporia or Ottawa. 40 minutes to Topeka & heartland Park. 45 minutes to Lawrence. Bedrooms have 1 queen, 1 full, & a pull out sofa sleeper. Washer & dryer, very clean remodeled home

Very nice place. Very friendly property managers. The neighborhood was very quiet. There is a nice park right beside the house.

Location was great for our weekend getaway at Melvern Lake. Only 7 minutes to Marina. House was as described and had all the things needed to enjoy your stay.
