Martin, our host, welcomed us and gave us an overview of the property. He and his father, Patrick were available and helpful throughout our week stay. The location was perfect being only a 5min walk from 2 metro stations and the Place d’Italie, a busy hub with many restaurants and shopping. We could even see the tip of the Eiffel Tower from our window. The neighborhood comes alive at night with young people in the bars and restaurants. There is a laundry 3 min walk away and also a supermarket, epicerie and of course a patisserie nearby too.

Martin was a fantastic host. The property was clean and just as described. The 5-star moment was the fan that Martin installed over the bed. The neighborhood was adorable and had several cafes, a tiny pharmacy, a patisserie and a grocery. Definitely worth the stay.

Came to Paris with a friend for the week. This little flat was perfect for what we needed. Located in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurant and cafe options. Also, conveniently located to public transport. I would certainly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy living like a local while on their visit.

A perfect stay at Martin’s house! The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean and, considering the standards of Paris, spacious for 2 people! Very nice and helpful host, excellent communication. The metro is 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. If I go back to Paris, we will definitely stay in the same place.
