Sphère 23 - EPERNAY - City Trip

The "Sphère 23" vacation rental is located in the heart of Épernay, 200 meters from Avenue de Champagne and its famous champagne cellars, and just 100 meters from the train station (a 3- to 4-minute walk), 7 km from Hautvillers (the birthplace of Champagne) and 30 km from Reims and Châlons-en-Champagne. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city and its attractions, as well as the treasures of our department. The vacation rental is located on the first floor of a townhouse. You’ll find a large living area with a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. It also features 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, and 3 double bedrooms: - One bedroom with a 160-size double bed - One bedroom with a 140-size double bed - One bedroom with a 160-size sofa bed (which can be set up as either a sofa or a bed upon request). Three portable fans are provided. From the dining room, you also have access to a terrace with a lounge area and a view of Notre Dame Church. For your convenience, the rental price includes bed linens, bath towels, a cleaning fee, and utilities.
