LE CEMAROSE Cottage & Spa Terrace Garden & lovely View

Het huisje was perfect in orde en superschoon. Daarnaast was de host goed bereikbaar. Wij hebben een top verblijf gehad!

Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern! Er war alles sehr neu und sauber. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut Habdtücher, Olivenöl, Gewürze, Zewa. Es war einfach alles da, was man im Haushalt und zum kochen braucht :) die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht und man bekommt vor der Anreise viele gute Tips zur Unterkunft, Restaurants und Umgebung! Vielen Dank :) der Whirlpool war sehr sauber, konnte geheizt und Gekühlt werden :) die Lage ist sehr ruhig! Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt! Wir waren zu 6. dort - Schlafzimmer sind alle gleich groß (bzw. sind alle recht klein :)

Beautifully appointed. Lovely garden and outside facilities. Hot tub is a really nice addition. Alexandrine was an excellent host and really helpful before and during our holiday. Kitchen, dining and lounge spaces all good. Bedrooms were overall ok. Master bedroom good size, second bedroom ok size. For a longer stay both could do we a bit more storage. Third bedroom a twin was compact, enough room but would have been more of a challenge had we been 6 adults staying. It was a very easy downhill walk into the centre of Epernay (more of a challenge back in the heat). Epernay itself is a lovely place to spend time.

The biggest challenge for us was the heat. We have temperature of between 35 and 40C (which is unusual). There is no aircon at the property (quite common in France) but in that heat it was incredibly uncomfortable at night. There were fans for each bedroom but not enough. With global temperatures rising, adding aircon to the bedrooms would be very welcome (and Alex mentioned they were considering)

No railings down to the seller accident waiting to happen also top stair and very close to bathroom wouldn’t be able to bring children to this site Had to pay for sauna towels that we only used once we asked to have the heating turned up which it was promptly done but unfortunately we didn’t feel like asking again but it needed to be a little warmer.
