From the start, the host, Sarah, was very informative once I'd booked the accommodation. Later on, when I was contacted by a scammer (which I'm still waiting for Booking.com to get back to me on), I was able to contact Sarah directly and confirm the message hadn't come from her.
The property itself was newly decorated, very clean, and all five of us really enjoyed our stay. It's a nice 10-minute walk into the centre, and just a few minutes more to the Avenue de Champagne.
The only slight drawback was there was no sink in the downstairs toilet and you had to use a separate sink near the kitchen but it was doable.
