Local Attractions: Shuman Point Hiking Trail, Big Boulder Ski Area, Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark, Asa Packer Mansion, Bushkill Falls, Pocono Premium Outlets, Mount Airy Casino, Hickory Run State Park Please Note: - Guests are responsible for all registration fees required by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA). - Guest Registration: The HOA requires registration for this property. - A registration fee will be collected at the time of booking and is based on the number of guests, vehicles, and length of stay in accordance with ALCA guidelines. - Additional Charges: If any adjustments are required after booking due to changes in guest count, vehicles, or stay duration, the registration fee will be updated accordingly and any remaining balance will be charged separately. - Registrations within 3 days of arrival are permitted; however, a $100 late fee will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival to comply with HOA processing timelines. No same-day registrations are allowed. The cut-off for next-day arrivals is 8:00 PM the day prior to arrival to allow adequate time for processing and information gathering. - Changes to guest or vehicle information must be submitted no later than two (2) days prior to arrival. About the Area: - Secluded location ensures privacy and tranquility for your perfect getaway - Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community located in Pocono Lake, PA. - - - The community is built around 2 lakes: Arrowhead Lake and North Arrowhead Lake. - Amenities include boating, fishing and swimming, 4 beaches and playgrounds, fitness center, 3 outdoor heated pools, and more! Please note: some amenities are seasonal. - Also nearby - ATV rides, Paintball, restaurants Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. Please note that Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not permitted. - A twin-size trundle is available under one of the queen beds for additional room. - This home is under the Arrowhead Lakes community. Guest registration upon check-in is required. We will send more details about this requirement after the reservation is confirmed. - Please note: Air conditioning is available only in the main living and dining area. Ceiling fans are provided in the living area and in each bedroom. Parking Details: - The driveway can accommodate 5-6 cars. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / Queen bed Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Bedroom 3 / Twin daybed, twin trundle --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
