Cozy Cabin in the Poconos, Relax at Arrowhead Lake

Welcome to our lake view house located in the Poconos! Steps away from the lake and the lodge. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All rooms have Air Conditioning, Free Wi-Fi, TV & Blu-ray, and Towels & Linens are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your meals at home including baking utensils, a crockpot, and mixer. Relax on the back deck and enjoy a day having a cookout. Enjoy all the amenities of Arrowhead Lake, 3 outdoor pools, weight room, boat rentals, and a game room.

The house is within a short walk to Beach #1, Arrowhead Lodge, game room, fitness center, and playgrounds. The house is a one level 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a open floor plan which brings family and friends together to enjoy your stay as a whole.

Note: The pools open Saturday, Sunday, and Monday of Memorial Day Weekend until 7pm and then Saturdays and Sundays only until June 14. Then they are open 7 days a week through Labor Day Weekend.

The living room Features a 55" 4k smart tv.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal. We supply a 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, mixer, crockpot, pots & pans, plates, utensils, cups, and an assortment of spices.

The house has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom #1 is the master bedroom with a full bathroom with a stand up shower. The room has a queen size bed, 32" HD TV and a Blu-ray player.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, 32" HD TV and a Blu-ray player.

Bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed, 32" HD TV and a Blu-ray Player.

There is also a sleeper couch that is available.

The house has 2 full bathrooms:

Bathroom #1 is located in the hallway and has a tub/shower.

Bathroom #2 is located in the master bedroom and has a stand up shower.

We provide bath towels and some essentials: a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, and a roll of paper towels. We do not provide body soap or shampoo.

Please be advised the following charges shall be added post reservation for any stay shorter than 30 nights (stays 30 nights or longer do not have any additional fees).

Arrowhead Community Charges:
Temporary membership fees are mandatory and is assessed to all short term rentals in the community. Additionally, the community requires us to collect the email address of the primary guest in order to issue the passes required for the community.

Year Round Fees:
Gate Card: $20 per vehicle
Transaction Fee: $20
Pet Fee: $55 flat fee for any stay that has a pet.

In-Season Temporary Membership (Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day):
Daily Fee: $8.50 per person per night (age 6 and over)
OR
Weekly Fee: $42.50 per person per week (age 6 and over)
Off-Season Temporary Membership: $2.00 per person per night (age 6 and over)

Late Fee: $100
If you either book within 3 days of your arrival date OR don't provide the necessary information more than 3 days before arrival, there is a $100 late fee the community charges that I pass on to you.
